Aptiv Senior Manager Electrification Systems Architecture

Tim Puetz holds a diploma degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Applied Sciences Cologne. He has worked in different roles for various suppliers such as Continental and ZF TRW and has more than 18 years of experience in the development of safety-critical electric/electronic systems in the automotive supplier industry. In 2016 he started at APTIV (former Delphi) in the E-Mobility area as Technical Project Manager for EV charging devices. At that time, he was also APTIV´s representative in the national and international standards committee of the IEC62752 for In-Cable Control and Protection Devices (ICCPD). In his current role as Senior Manager Electrification of the CTO Systems Architecture Team, he is working on future power generation and distribution concepts that efficiently merge the high and low voltage levels within the holistic vehicle E/E architecture.

At the end of the first day, we invite all stakeholders and participants to a special event location for an evening of sharing and dinner: Erich-Brost-Pavillon.

At a height of 38 meters on the roof of the former coal washing plant, the event room, which is glazed on three sides, offers a breathtaking panoramic view – from the arena on Schalke to the Essen skyline and the Oberhausen gasometer.

The Erich Brost Pavilion is located in the coal washing plant of the Zollverein Essen UNESCO World Heritage Site.
